Cat Face Makeup

Cat Face Makeup Have you ever seen anyone at Halloween that had somehow decided
to become a feline? If so, I highly doubt that you are alone, because more and
more people seem to be growing tails, and not just on Halloween. More and more
people seem to be donning the feline fur and cat face makeup. So, how do they do it? With a lot of hope, and materials! The materials that you’ll need for your cat face makeup are: makeup for any color you want (or can think of, though for reference it’s usually black, white, yellow, green, brown, and red), brown or black eyeliner pencils, and some good old fashioned baby powder. |
Also, if you need inspiration (most people do), a good idea would be to look at a picture of a tiger or a cat for some pointers on how to morph their face style in to your own. Here comes the hard part, actually putting the cat face makeup on! If you are new at this, remember that you need to start with lighter colors first, such as white, then yellow, etc. Do the basic outline.
Now for the lips, and just so you know, you can use any color you want, but let’s just say you wanted red. Paint them red and blend it in with the rest of your face color the best that you can. Red is a very strong color, so only a little bit is needed to blend, as opposed to standing out like a sore thumb.
Next, color your eyelids, and paint your eyebrows and nose whatever colors you want, respectively. A good thing would be to use a brown eyeliner pencil around the eye area and black eyeliner pencil around the mouth to give the imitation of whiskers and cat eye lashes. You’re almost done!
All you have to do now is powder up the makeup as necessary to provide a final touch to it. Most makeup is fragile, however, so do your best not to mess with it as you’re wearing it, so that you don’t have to take it off or do it all over again. Supposing you don’t want to be a cat for the rest of your life, then all you have to do is take a damp cloth with some soap and vegetable oil, and you’re all of a sudden human again! And your cat is probably giving you a weird look.
